I am values-driven and choose to imbed myself with restaurant owners and service industry workers with whom I share similar mindsets with. I am very talented at surrounding myself with strong, capable people, I nurture those years-long relationships, and retain close working + friendly relationships with the greatest people I've ever met.
I treat any work that I do as I would if I were the owner of the business; I have a broad scope and longview of decisions to be made and how they affect a web of consequences over a course of years.
I work *with* people. Camaraderie, working together, and relationship building are central to my motivations.
