My focus is in helping to developing growth; a common hurdle for restaurant owners for developing a new concept or improving/building upon an existing one is that their leadership team is likely already extended to the limit of their time and capabilities. I can support growth by strengthening foundations and building upon what is already there while relieving the burden and stress of diving into something with unknowns. I can also build something up from a blank piece of paper.
